Caramanico Terme is in Abruzzo, in the province of Pescara, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Maiella National Park, between the Orta and Orfento valleys.Regarding the principal cities nearby, the village is 50 km (32 miles) from Pescara, 39 km (24 miles) from Chieti and 40 km (25 miles) from Sulmona.

For those arriving in Caramanico Terme with their vehicles or with organised tours, we recommend to use the parking area “La Vallocchia”, Via Dietro le Mura no. 37.
The parking area is located below the main square and it is suited to cars, campers and buses. From the parking area it is possible to reach the centre via stairs or lift.
In the village there is a permanent pedestrian boulevard, Corso G. Bernardi. In order to facilitate traffic flow during high-season periods, from July to September “Viale Roma”, “Via Santa Croce” and “Via D’Antino” are one way, while "Viale Roma" is closed to traffic during the Christmas Village days.
